Shrimp and Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Creamy Ceaser Dressing

Ingredients:2 hearts of romaine lettuce,1 pound of fully cooked shrimp,1 rotisserie chicken,3 heaping tablespoons of reduced fat mayonnaise,1 clove of crushed garlic,zest and juice of 1 lemon,2 tablespoons of anchovy paste (optional),1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese,2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce,1 teaspoon of freshley ground pepper,and 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.Raechel Ray recipie not Chef Boardee created!


Make The Dressing:Place all ingredients except the chicken,shrimp,evoo,and lettuce into a blender and blend.Stream the evoo into the center of the lid while blending.Theres your dressing!


Make the wraps:Cut the bottoms of the romaine,then cut the heads in half lengthwise.rinse them,then set them aside to dry.Remove the tails from the shrimp and place them in a bowl.Cut the breast meat of the chicken,then cut the legs and thighs of using kitchen scissors.Slice the meat up on an angle and arange on a plate.Take a lettuce leaf and spread in the dressing,then place in the chicken and the shrimp.Make as many as wanted.Remember,your the chef,feel free to change what you want to!
